Selective application of visa laws
Even though there is a federal law and presidential proclamation that were suppose to bar corrupt foreign officials and thier family members from receiving American visa, the son of Equitorial Guinea's President, Teodoro Nguema Obiang, who owns a $35 million estate in California, comes and goes as he pleases.
